EM Research ("EM Research," "we," "us") designs and manufactures RF frequency generation and signal conversion solutions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, emresearch.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. The Site is a business-to-business informational site: it has no user accounts, no e-commerce, and no advertising.
Information You Provide to Us
You may choose to submit information through the Site's forms:
- Contact and inquiry forms — your name, email address, phone number (optional), and message.
- Quote, specification, and configuration requests — the above plus your company name, quantity, and technical requirements such as frequency ranges.
- Career applications — your name, email address, phone number, an optional introduction, and the files you attach (resumé and cover letter).
Submitting a form is voluntary. The information you provide is used to respond to you and is sent by email to our sales team; it is also retained on servers we control so that an email failure cannot lose your inquiry.
Information Collected Automatically
- Server logs — like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used for security and troubleshooting.

- Bot protection — our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates technical signals from your browser and connection to distinguish people from automated abuse. Turnstile does not identify you personally to us.

Data Retention
We keep inquiry and quote information for as long as it is relevant to our business relationship or prospective relationship with you. Career application materials are retained so that we can consider you for current and future openings; you may request their deletion at any time.
Security
The Site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), form submissions are transmitted securely, and access to submitted information is limited to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
