Technical Sales Associate I
The Technical Sales Associate is to be the customer facing contact for our customers. Their goal is to match our customer requirements with the best EM Research product technology. To be successful in this position experience in electronics or component sales is beneficial.
EM Research success is founded on team work, quality and reliability. We are looking for these in a Technical Sales Associate who wants to become part of our EM Research team.
The main responsibility of Technical Sales Associate I is to be the contact point for customers. At EM Research, this means you will be part of the quoting process. Your responsibilities include: communication with our engineering team, creating specification sheets for products, and issuing quotations. You will be relied upon to respond to customers’ questions throughout the process. Customer focus is a must; you will build and maintain account relationships via phone and email.
To support this responsibility, you will use Salesforce, a Customer Resource Management program for all accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
