The RF Engineer will perform several complex tasks which include design, implement, integrate while maintaining radio frequency products at all stages from research and development to design and manufacture, to installation and final commissioning. They will provide efficient solutions to the development of processes for all EMR products. They will also recommend and implement improvements to production processes, methods and controls; will help coordinate the release of new and revised products. They must be able to comply with all specifications and customer requirements while following the procedures set in place by EM Research.
RF Engineers have a strong knowledge of EMR’s product line, commodities and the different components used in EMR’s products. They will use research and development as means to create or modify EMR’s products and any necessary documentation while working alongside with other Engineering disciplines, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, QA and QMS/ISO. Must be able to comprehend all specifications, drawings and redlines. Must also be able to identify the different types of components and technologies. Must have strong knowledge working with various EMR products. Must be able to perform work under tight deadlines.
