The Inside Technical Sales Associate is to be the customer contact for our customers. Their primary goal is to match our customer requirements with the best EM Research product technology. At EM Research, this means you will also be part of the quoting process. Your responsibilities include: communication with our engineering team, creating specification sheets for products, and issuing quotations. You will be relied upon to respond to customers’ questions throughout the pre and post sales process. Customer focus is a must; you will build and maintain account relationships via phone and email.
