Statement of Compliance

RoHS

EM Research, Inc. maintains compliance with the Restriction of Certain Hazardous Substances directive 2002/95/EC, also known as, RoHS, implemented by the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union in 2006. The directive is designed to regulate certain hazardous substances in electrical parts and electronic equipment and to combat the waste management issues associated with certain hazardous substances. EM Research is committed to achieving more environmentally efficient generations of products and also provides the RoHS compliance option on all parts.

The influence of certain hazardous substances on the environment has necessitated a more environmentally conscientious approach towards product manufacturing at EM Research. We strive to create safer products by purchasing RoHS compliant components, participating in due diligence in product/component testing, and even recycling of by-product and manufacturing waste.

The RoHS directive shall, in no way, hinder the quality, performance and/or the reliability of EM Research's products.
