PN/UPN Series Frequency Synthesizer now available to 10 GHz

New PN/UPN Series: Commercial Surface-Mount Frequency Synthesizer now available to 10 GHz EM Research introduces the UPN-10000, a surface-mount synthesizer operating (fixed or programmable) at frequency ranges to 10 GHz with bandwidths up to 30%. The PN-UPN Series also offers optional internal references.

Features:

  • Frequency: 20 MHz to 10 GHz
  • Bandwidth: Fixed, to >50%
  • Temperature Range: -30°C to +70°C (optionally -40°C to +80°C)
  • Output Power: +7 dBm
  • Low Harmonics: <-20 dBc, typ
  • Low Spurs: <-60 dBc, typ
  • Low Phase Noise: <-80 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz, typ (Fout = 10 GHz)
  • Supply Voltage: +3.3, +5, or +8 VDC @ 170 mA, typ
  • Package: 0.90" x 0.90" x 0.15"
