Quality Control Inspector

The primary responsibility of the QA Inspector is to inspect assemblies in process or receiving. Must have working knowledge of IPC-A-610D and Quality Management Systems standards. SPC knowledge would be helpful.
Skills: Must be able to work under a microscope. Excellent communication and customer service skills. |
1-3 years of QA inspection experience.

This position is responsible for performing all manufacturing maintenance including set-up and assembly tasks. Training will be provided to troubleshoot, run, and perform scheduled maintenance on all manufacturing equipment including, but not limited to, Pick and Place Machine, Reflow Ovens, and Aqueous Cleaning Systems.
Skills: Soldering, ability to read and understand assembly prints, follow procedures, prints and instructions, use small hand tools and work under microscope as required. |
Extensive knowledge of circuit board assembly processes and ability to troubleshoot, repair and calibrate test fixtures is a must.

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to enhance our growing company to design, develop and modify RF Components for military scientific and commercial applications.
Knowledge of phase-locked frequency sources including GSM, PCS, ISM Band, WLAN, Fiber Optics/SONET, MMDS, WLL, UNII, SAT, LMDS and microwave digital radios. Circuit design PLL's and VCO's.
Broad knowledge across several specialized disciplines as indicated by the ability to complete difficult projects spanning multiple disciplines, i.e. electronic design, firmware, and microprocessors. |
BSEE and 3-5 years experience in electronic component design and modification. MSEE a plus.
